MiHoYo say that you will be able to use a Story Key to unlock Eulas quest, Aphros Delos Chapter, provided you meet the above conditions.
As for what else there is to look forward to, the characters arrival will also come with a weapon event wish named Epitome Invocation.
This event wish will star the five-star Claymore Song of Broken Pines, as well as a five-star Sword named Aquila Favonia.
There will also be four-star weapons such as Dragons Bane (Polearm) and Rust (Bow).

While the Eula banner will come out in Genshin Impact at the above release time, know that it will swiftly end on June 8th at 15:00 server time.
