by A man has been charged with three counts of sexual touching after allegedly indecently touching women at a massage parlour in the Top Ryde City shopping centre.
Police began an investigation in March after reports from a 71-year-old woman who received a massage from a 56 year-old male masseur, who allegedly placed her hand on his genital area.

Two further complaints were received by police in May, where its alleged the same man indecently touched two women, aged 36 and 39, during their massage appointments.
None of the women are known to each other.
The man was arrested at Ryde Police Station about 6.45pm on Friday and charged with three counts of inciting another person to sexually touch them without consent.
He was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Hornsby Local Court on Friday, July 30, 2021.
