Oliver Dingley has qualified for this summer’s Olympic Games after reaching the semi-finals of the at the FINA Diving World Cup in Tokyo.
The 2016 Olympian finished 15th in the preliminary round of the three-metre springboard competition to advance to the semi-finals.
And as a result, Dingley has secured his place at his second consecutive Games, which take place in Tokyo in July and August this summer.
On Tuesday, Tanya Watson became the first Irish female diver to qualify for the Olympic games, following her success at the World Cup event.
